Founded in 2023, Techplus Teknolji A.Ş. provides technical services for Android POS, New Generation Payment Recording Devices (ÖKC) and POS terminals, providing a wide range of services from installation to maintenance. Our company, which operates throughout Turkey, aims to be a pioneer in its sector with its innovative approach and its approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction and product quality.

POS Maintenance and Repair
The number of devices served is 650,000, and it manages an average monthly device circulation of 4.000 without any errors. The history of each device that enters our company, is repaired and exited is recorded on a date basis at all stages and can be reported instantly/retrospectively. Since Techplus carries out component-based repairs, it enables its customers to save significantly on maintenance and repair costs. Techplus's returned device rate is only 1%.
With its investments, expert technical staff and up-to-date technology, Techplus is now capable of providing technical service (rework) for all kinds of electronic products. Our company uses up-to-date technology and methods when performing maintenance and repair services, and its service quality is approved at national and international levels with its ISO9001 and TSE (HYB) certificates.
Rework Services
Testing/Expertise Services
Techplus Technology Inc. carries out cosmetic and performance inspections of your POS devices and presents you with a report on the status of your device. If you wish, the repair will be completed and delivered to you.
We attach importance to training and development. Techplus is competent to provide all kinds of technical training regarding the maintenance, repair or usage of your EFT and OKC cash register POS devices.
